Curbing graft biggest change in last 18 months: FM

Speaking at the ET GBS, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the Modi government has been able to curb corruption at the political level through increased transparency in dealing with corporates. He said that files are no longer held for collateral reasons, and businessmen need not visit government offices for interacting with ministers.
