'Congress doesn't want economy to improve'
Speaking to ET Now, Commerce minister Nirmala Sitharaman blames Congress for the washout of the Monsoon session, saying it doesn't want the country's economy to improve and is hence trying to derail the reforms agenda of the Modi government.
