Fan cooks Indian bread on an earthen stove for Sonu Sood, actor's warm reply wins Twitter

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is well-known for his kind personality and giving nature. The actor was applauded as the "real hero" during India's war against Covid-19 as he stepped up to help those in need while states were under lockdown.

On Friday, Sood once again won everyone's heart for his sweet response to a fan who offered bread cooked on an earthen stove to the actor on the micro-blogging platform.

A fan shared a picture of the bread being cooked over an earthen stove as a reply to the actor's tweet where he had quashed the rumours about him attending an event in Punjab. "I am not attending any function in Punjab this month so kindly don't believe in any false news. I am busy shooting in Mumbai for next few days," the actor wrote as a clarification, to which a fan replied with a picture of "chulhe ki roti".


The fan, who goes by the username @kaithal, caught Sood's attention instantly. Humbled by the sweet offering, the actor replied asking if he could also get some daal and pickle to go with the Indian bread.


Sood's reply became a major hit with the Twitterati who jumped in joy praising the actor for his humility. The tweet soon gained over 19K likes with many people sharing pictures of Indian delicacies for the actor. Some people even requested the actor to come to their state so they can feed Sood varities of famous foods from their region.





The actor was recently in the news for helping out well-known south Indian dance choreographer Shiva Shankar, who is battling Covid-19 and is in a critical condition.

Well known publicists from the Tamil and Telugu film industries tweeted about the state of the dance choreographer.

As soon as Sood found out about Shankar's condition, he replied saying, "I am already in touch with the family. Will try my best to save his life."
