'One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make...' : Marico boss Harsh Mariwala's business tip to leaders
The business tycoon shares some wisdom with business leaders.

The 71-year-old business tycoon further said that leaders must be willing to listen to constructive feedback and suggestions, even if it's not something they personally believe in.
"One of the bigger mistakes entrepreneurs make is to surround themselves with yes-men. Leaders must always be willing to listen to constructive suggestions even if it goes against their own personal beliefs!" Mariwala wrote on the micro-blogging site as part of his 'Harsh Realities' tweet series.

"So true... The day this culture starts in the organisation the downward graph is set to begin any day," wrote one Twitter user.
@hcmariwala There is a fear factor of loosing their position in people/ leaders surrounding themselves with intellectuals/smart people.

Earlier on Monday, Mariwala, by sharing a video clip, urged his followers to let their crazy out and continue doing what makes them happy.
"People might call you crazy. But if you continue doing what makes you happy, eventually, they'll understand!" he wrote alongside the video.
The short clip, which has been viewed over 1.1 million times, shows one person dancing like there's no tomorrow at what appears to be an open concert, while onlookers watch curiously. Soon, another person joins him and both just dance it out with their free steps and no coordination.
The two strangers continue dancing their "crazy" dance when slowly the team of two turns into a team of three and minutes later, a proper rave party with many joining them in to dance it out.
The message of the video is pretty clear: Do your own thing, as long as it makes you happy without bothering about what the world is going to think of you. They'll get on it now or later eventually.
What a perfect motivation for Monday, and that's exactly how people replying to the Marico founder's tweet felt.

@hcmariwala Amazing. Those dancing outnumbered the spectators. One needs leaders in all spheres.
