Guwahati: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, who along with four others, took oath of office and secrecy in the presence of PM Narendra Modi, created history by becoming the only non-Congress leader to take over as CM for the second consecutive term in Assam. Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya administered the oath of office and secrecy to Sarma and four other ministers -- Rameswar Teli, Atul Bora, Charan Boro and Ajanta Neog.
