Dhurandhar 2 box office collection day 6: Ranveer Singh starrer all set to cross Rs 600 crore in India

Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues to dominate theatres nearly a week after its release, maintaining a strong grip on the box office despite the usual weekday slowdown. Headlined by Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller has carried forward the massive success of its 2025 predecessor and is now on the verge of crossing another major milestone.
Released on March 19, 2026, the film opened to record-breaking numbers over its first weekend, drawing large crowds across multiplexes and single screens. While collections saw a natural dip once the weekdays began, the film continued to perform at a level rarely seen for Hindi releases in recent years.

According to early estimates reported by Sacnilk, the film collected around Rs 56.55 crore on its sixth day, keeping its momentum intact. With this, the domestic net collection has climbed to approximately Rs 575 crore, putting the film just a few steps away from entering the Rs 600 crore club in India.


The film’s success is not limited to India. Globally, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has reportedly crossed Rs 920 crore in worldwide gross collections, placing it among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. In doing so, it has already surpassed Animal's worldwide lifetime earnings of around Rs 915 crore.



In the domestic market as well, the Ranveer Singh starrer has rewritten several records. The film has overtaken the Hindi lifetime collections of major blockbusters such as Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Gadar 2, Pathaan, Animal, Stree 2, and Pushpa 2, establishing itself as one of the biggest performers in the history of Hindi cinema. It has also become the fastest Hindi film to cross the Rs 500 crore mark, a benchmark that had remained unmatched for years.

The sequel now appears to be on track to challenge the lifetime domestic figures of the first Dhurandhar film, which reportedly earned over Rs 895 crore net in India. Trade experts suggest that if the current trend continues through the second weekend, the sequel could comfortably move closer to that number and possibly even surpass it in the long run.

Apart from its box office numbers, the film has also benefited from strong word of mouth and repeat viewership. The story continues the journey of Hamza Ali Mazari, expanding the narrative with larger action sequences, international locations and higher stakes. The ensemble cast, which includes R.
