As Salman’s career soared, Sheikh continued to face the ups and downs that many actors experience. During difficult phases, Salman stood by him and offered support. In past interviews, reported by India Today, Sheikh has shared how Salman helped him during periods when work was hard to come by, including recommending him for film roles.

Over the years, they also worked together in several films, including Karan Arjun, Auzaar, Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, Bandhan, Bharat and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, with Sheikh mostly appearing in supporting roles.

Even today, Sheikh says their relationship remains warm and unchanged whenever they meet, though their interactions are less frequent due to busy schedules.
