Jio Haptik appoints Adarsh as Enterprise Business Head to drive global AI growth
According to the company, Adarsh will oversee Haptik’s enterprise business, including sales, customer success, international expansion and partnerships. His mandate will include expanding existing customer accounts, driving adoption of AI-powered solutions and building a scalable enterprise business focused on measurable outcomes.
He brings nearly two decades of experience across India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the US, spanning enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, partnerships, cloud, AI and digital transformation.

“The next phase of Enterprise AI will not be about deploying more bots, it will be about delivering measurable business outcomes through intelligent agents,” Adarsh said in a company statement.
“At Jio Haptik, my focus will be to help enterprises move from experimentation to scale, while building deeper customer relationships and a stronger global Enterprise growth engine,” he added.
Haptik currently works with more than 500 enterprises globally and has powered over 25 billion interactions across more than 10 channels in 135 languages since its founding in 2013, according to the company.
More than 100 enterprises have adopted its voice AI capabilities, Haptik said. The company is now looking to accelerate its enterprise business across India, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LatAm), with a focus on voice AI, agentic AI and AI-led automation.
Haptik targets larger enterprise AI deals
As part of his mandate, Adarsh will focus on moving customer relationships beyond individual AI projects towards strategic, multi-use-case partnerships.
The company plans to help enterprises deploy AI across multiple customer journeys, channels and business functions, while increasing deal sizes through solutions built around AI agents, voice AI and end-to-end customer journey automation.
Haptik will also develop vertical-specific AI solutions for sectors including banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), retail, telecom, healthcare, consumer and travel and hospitality.

The company said it will focus on measuring AI adoption through business outcomes including automation, conversion, customer experience, response times, productivity and cost efficiency.
“Haptik has already evolved significantly from its roots in conversational AI to helping enterprises adopt AI across voice, automation and increasingly agentic experiences,” Ahshad Jussawala, CEO, Jio Haptik, said.
“Adarsh’s appointment brings dedicated leadership to this next stage of scale, with a mandate spanning customer relationships, growth and our broader enterprise ecosystem,” he added.
Before joining Jio Haptik, Adarsh worked at Trianz on technology-led transformation opportunities with large enterprises. He has also been involved in entrepreneurial ventures including FluidSpace, a flexible workspace marketplace, and Novum, an IoT-focused company.
His professional experience includes AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, generative AI, enterprise cloud transformation and digital platforms, alongside large-account management and enterprise go-to-market.
Haptik said it is also focused on responsible and ethical AI adoption globally and represents India at the World Economic Forum’s AI Governance Alliance.
