Beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa will 51% stake in Mumbai-based skincare brand Aminu for Rs 32 crore, according to a stock exchange filing.

Nykaa said that the brand, which sells products such as serums and sleep oils, operates "in a sizeable high growth segment". "It is among the top premium skincare brands on Nykaa.com in the Rs 1,000-1,900 price range," the company said.

In FY26, Aminu -- which has been bootstrapped -- clocked Rs 19 crore in revenue, up from Rs 13 crore in fiscal 2025.
