Asus launches MeMO Pad for Rs 9,999

MUMBAI: IT firm Asus today launched a seven-inch tablet PC, MeMO Pad, priced at Rs 9,999.

"After offering various mid and high end products in the Indian market with innovative technologies, we believe it is time to bring the same grandeur to the low-end market," Asus Regional Head ( South Asia) and India Manager(System Business Group) Peter Chang said in New Delhi.

Asus MeMO Pad gives you mobility and fulfills entertainment requirements at a price of Rs 9,999, he added.

MeMO Pad is based on Android 4.1 operating system and has up to seven hours of battery life.
