Founded in 2025 by former Flipkart, Amazon and Affle executives Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily is building AI agents that automate commerce operations for brands selling on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
The company said its AI agents help brands manage pricing, advertising, inventory and marketplace operations by analysing real-time marketplace data and autonomously executing decisions.
Kily already works with several consumer brands, including ITC, it said in a statement.
The fresh capital will be used to deepen Kily's product capabilities, strengthen its go-to market initiatives, and accelerate adoption across India's largest consumer brands, the statement added.
“Brands and online sellers today operate in an increasingly fragmented ecosystem, where growth and profitability depend on making thousands of decisions across marketplaces every day," cofounder & CEO Mehrotra said, adding that Kily aims to bring autonomy to commerce management. "Kily will enable brands and their partners to execute faster, make better decisions and scale profitably," he added.
Subeer Monga, Partner at Sorin Investments believes enterprise software is undergoing a fundamental transition from systems that help people make decisions to systems that execute decisions themselves.
"Brands today compete in environments where marketplaces continuously optimize millions of variables using AI. The Kily team is building an autonomous execution layer that allows brands to compete on an equal footing," said Monga. Sorin Investments is led by Sanjay Nayar and Angad Banga.
Sorin Inestments is betting that Kily has the potential to define an entirely new category of AI-native enterprise software from India.
