India, on Sunday, advised its nationals in Saudi Arabia to comply with local regulations and avoid filming or sharing information about missile and drone interceptions and their impact sites, amid heightened regional tensions.

"The Indian community residing in Saudi Arabia is requested to abide by local rules and regulations," the Indian Embassy said on X, sharing a notification issued by the Directorate of Saudi Civil Defence.

"Filming, publishing, or sharing information related to countering missiles and drones and their impact sites exposes you to legal liability," the notification said.

Air India flights to Saudi Arabia remain suspended

In a separate post on X, the Indian embassy shared details regarding flight disruptions affecting services operated by Air India and Air India Express. Flights to and from Riyadh and Dammam will remain suspended until November 7, 2026, while services to and from Jeddah will remain suspended until October 31, 2026.

The Consulate General of India in Jeddah issued a similar advisory and said its 24x7 control rooms in Jeddah and Makkah were continuing to assist Indians affected by the disruptions.

The assistance includes food, essential medicines and other immediate requirements, wherever necessary and feasible, the consulate said on Saturday. It added that it was coordinating with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to address difficulties arising from the flight suspensions, particularly those involving visa validity and delayed departures.
