'He served 15 yrs in Navy': Injured Delhi SI's daughter alleges, 'Uniform was stained with blood'

The daughter of a Delhi Police sub-inspector injured during the July 25 clash at Jantar Mantar alleged that her father "was pulled by a rowdy mob and was almost lynched near the stage" and returned home with his "uniform completely stained with blood." She also claimed that her father, who she said served as a Marine Commando in the Indian Navy for 15 years, was labelled "a criminal" on social media, adding that her family has approached the Supreme Court seeking justice.
