New Delhi: A one-man protest outside the Parliament House on Thursday witnessed an interesting exchange between TMC parliamentarian Kalyan Banerjee and Congress Lok Sabha member Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, which progressed into Banerjee giving Vadra an on-the-spot capsule history on the background of the TMC formation.

When Banerjee was holding a protest against 20 TMC defectors, Vadra, accompanied by a few others, approached him. Vadra smilingly said that they (TMC defectors) were originally in the Congress.
