Congress leaders hit back at Rijiju over delay in Women’s Reservation Implementation ‘till 2034’
Congress leaders Pawan Khera, Supriya Shrinate and Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar hit back at Union Minister Kiren Rijiju over his remarks on the implementation timeline of women's reservation. Rijiju had said the reservation could face a delay due to the census and delimitation process. Congress leaders questioned the conditions attached to the implementation of the 33% women's quota and defended the party's support for women's reservation.
