The Paradise actor Nani owns “Humble” farmhouse in Chevella featuring rustic stone-and-wood architecture with minimalist interiors, a traditional pooja room, lush greenery, a circular ground-floor walkway

Nani has established himself as one of the most popular stars in the Telugu film industry, known for his natural acting style, understated charm and relatable screen presence. The Natural Star's 'The Paradise' is set to arrive in theatres on September 24, with paid premieres scheduled for September 23. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the period action drama has generated considerable pre-release interest, with advance bookings showing strong momentum across the Telugu states and other markets. The film has received an ‘A’ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), while its theatrical business and opening-day prospects have become major talking points ahead of release.

Away from the spotlight, Nani's love for simplicity is also reflected in his choice of home. The actor owns a luxurious farmhouse named “Humble” in Chevella, around 40 km from Hyderabad. Surrounded by greenery, the property combines rustic textures with minimalist interiors to create a calm, earthy atmosphere.

Minimalist interiors with a warm, earthy feel

According to ET Now, the farmhouse features a spacious living room and follows an open-plan layout. The entrance has a contemporary architectural design, while the exterior combines stone and wood with a neatly maintained garden.

Inside, the decor follows a minimalist approach, with natural tones dominating the interiors. The living room features multiple framed artworks on the walls, along with a sofa decorated with cushions in different shades of green.

The farmhouse also has a dedicated pooja room featuring traditional design elements, including intricate wooden carvings and a marble altar.

At “Humble”, a walkway on the ground floor circles the house, adding to the property's open and relaxed design. Handwoven throws and ceramic centrepieces further complement the understated interiors and give the space a tranquil feel.

A peaceful balcony overlooking the greenery

The upper floor of the farmhouse features a balcony that offers a relaxed outdoor space. Nani has often shared pictures from the property with his son Arjun, including moments of him playing and practising music on his keyboard.

The farmhouse is reportedly valued at between Rs 5 crore and Rs 10 crore.

Nani’s other home in Hyderabad

Besides his Chevella farmhouse, Nani also owns a residence in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

On the professional front, the actor is set to appear in The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela. He will subsequently collaborate with director Sujeeth on the action thriller Bloody Romeo.

Nani's Paradise in theaters

According to TMDB, 'The Paradise' plot is around the 1980s in Secunderabad where marginalised tribe battles discrimination and fights for citizenship under an unexpected leader's guidance, challenging systemic oppression."

The film follows Jadal, played by Nani, a man from a marginalised community who finds himself at the centre of a larger fight for dignity, identity and recognition.

Nani plays Jadal in 'The Paradise', marking his second collaboration with director Srikanth Odela after Dasara. The cast includes Mohan Babu as Shikanja Maalik, Raghav Juyal as Vikram Maalik and Kayadu Lohar as Subbulakshmi. Sonali Kulkarni, Sampoornesh Babu, Easwari Rao, Tanikella Bharani and Babu Mohan are also part of the ensemble.

'The Paradise is reportedly the most expensive film of Nani’s career, with production delays pushing the budget higher. According to a Telugu 360 report, Nani, who charged around Rs. 25 crore for 'Dasara', was initially set to earn Rs. 30 crore for the film along with a profit share. However, he has reportedly taken Rs. 20 crore upfront, choosing to defer the balance remuneration and retain a share of the profits until the investment is recovered.

'The Paradise' OTT release

According to a media report, streaming giant Netflix announced its post-theatrical Telugu film slate, locking Nani's 'The Paradise'. The action thriller will be available to audiences in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada, giving it a wider pan-India digital reach.
