Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G launch in India: Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, 6,000mAh battery and 45W charging; Here's the price, camera and other specs

Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G will be launched in India today, 3 August, targeting the Rs 20,000 to Rs 35,000 smartphone segment with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, a large 6,000mAh battery, and a promise of six years of software and security support.

The phone will be available for purchase on Flipkart and Samsung's official online store after today's launch.

The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G comes in three variants. The base 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 25,999. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 29,999, and the top-end 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model comes in at Rs 34,999.

The phone is available in two colour options: Aura Green and Alpha Black.

The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G features a FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Samsung notes that while the device integrates LPDDR5X memory, actual performance in combination with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor achieves up to LPDDR5 performance levels.

On the rear, the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G carries a triple camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro unit.

On the front, Samsung is positioning the F70 Pro as the segment's only smartphone with an HDR selfie camera, based on research commissioned by Samsung across smartphones in the Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 price range launched in India between January 2026 and 9 July 2026.

The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G packs a 6,000mAh battery, with a rated minimum capacity of 5,830mAh. It supports 45W fast charging. Samsung notes that the 45W fast charger is sold separately and that charging speed may vary depending on conditions.

Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G Software

The phone ships with One UI 8.5 and comes with a commitment of six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates from the date of first global launch. It also supports a range of AI features, some of which require a Samsung login and an internet connection.
