Not from IIT or any top college, woman lands ₹38 LPA job as fresher without campus placement

A woman got a 38 LPA package as a fresher without getting any college placements but purely by her own hard work. A user named Nisha Anandani on X shared the post with the caption “My roommate got a ₹38 LPA package as a fresher.”

The user said her friend who got the job was not from IIT, not from a famous college and had no fancy background.

According to the post the woman first interned in Hyderabad, then she moved to Bengaluru for another internship. After that she got a PPO. The user said “She kept showing up, kept learning, kept putting in the work.”



"She's in the newspapers today, and everyone's celebrating her now. Funny thing, people still call it luck," the user wrote.

"Her college is promoting themselves by posting her photo on their college banner, while there was absolutely no connection of the college with her getting placed," the post claimed.

Staying Grounded Amid Praise

Despite receiving widespread appreciation, the woman has reportedly remained humble. "Even today, irrespective of so many people praising her, she's super grounded," the user added, emphasizing her down-to-earth nature.
