He captioned the Instagram post saying “Maybe father would have never thought that one day he would fly in the sky…who spent his whole life in fulfilling our small wishes, got a chance to fulfill one of their little wish today.”

He continued by saying “Papa’s first flight…this is not a journey for me, rather try to get that person back a little, who gave me the whole world.”

In the comments section, he also shared that the loss of his mother to cancer played a major role in his decision to step away from his career. He said, “ I realised that life is too short to postpone time with the people we love. Now, I’m travelling with my 80-year-old Papa, helping him tick off the places he has always dreamed of visiting."
