Mahindra Scorpio-N Facelift Launch
Continuing its tradition, Mahindra is expected to unveil a new lineup of vehicles around Independence Day. The much-awaited Mahindra Scorpio-N facelift is expected to debut in India on either August 14 or August 15, 2026.

Exterior Design Updates

The 2026 Scorpio-N facelift is unlikely to see major exterior changes. Expected updates include a refreshed front grille, tweaked lower bumpers, a new set of alloy wheels, and a few additional styling elements.

Interior and Feature Upgrades

Most of the upgrades will be focused inside the cabin. The SUV is expected to get a panoramic sunroof, a feature missing in the current model. Lower variants may retain a single-pane sunroof, while the panoramic version will likely be reserved for top trims.

Dashboard Changes

The facelifted model is set to feature a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, similar to the one seen in the Mahindra Thar Roxx and Mahindra XUV 3XO. This upgrade will also bring slight dashboard revisions, including a shift from vertical to horizontal AC vents for a cleaner and more integrated design.

Minor Styling Tweaks

Based on earlier spy shots, design changes are expected to remain minimal. The most noticeable update could be a new five-spoke alloy wheel design, along with subtle grille and bumper revisions and possibly new color options.

Expected Engine and Performance

Mechanically, the SUV is expected to remain unchanged. It will likely continue with the same 2-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine options, available with both manual and automatic transmissions. The diesel variant may also retain the optional four-wheel-drive setup.

Expected Pricing and Rivals

With the addition of new features, Mahindra may slightly increase the price of the Scorpio-N, which currently ranges from Rs 13.49 lakh to Rs 24.95 lakh (ex-showroom equivalent). The SUV will continue to compete with models like the Mahindra XUV700, Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and MG Hector
