Keke Wyatt arrested- here's what we know about the R&B singer’s Georgia charges

Keke Wyatt is facing three charges after she was arrested in Georgia on September 20. The R&B singer was booked into the Henry County jail on charges of threats, assault and cruelty to children according to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Keke Wyatt was released two days later after posting a bond of $1,050, as per a report by TMZ and Parade.



However, there are still questions looming about what happened. Authorities have not shared details about the incident. Explained what allegedly led to the charges.


Keke Wyatt has not publicly addressed the arrest either. She was released after two days in jail.

The arrest comes while Keke Wyatt remains active on media. She has been promoting her appearance at the OKC R&B Festival on October 4.

For fans who have followed Keke Wyatt for years she is best known for her music career. She became a name in the early 2000s after her duets with Avant including "My First Love" and "Nothing in This World."

Both songs appeared on her gold album Soul Sista.



Keke Wyatt also became a reality TV star. She appeared in all three seasons of TV One’s R&B Divas: Atlanta and later starred in Keke Wyatt’s World.
