The US recession fears are currently on the verge of becoming a reality, according to the recent market trends after the selloff, as per reports. However, there is still no word on the fact how this will impact US' economic outlook, but it may have chances of creating a major economic volatility, that will leave investors scrambling for protection, says Reuters.

Risky assets recovering steadily

There are reports of risky assets in the US Markets recovering steadily, mostly US-based stocks and high yield bonds after the early August sell-off, Moreover, the traders have lost confidence in the market recovery this September, based on the hopes that interest rate cuts could help in recovery of the US markets.

US jobs data playing its part

The US jobs data is also playing a major part in the US recession, and the fears are currently increased based on the stats of job data.
