Avengers: Endgame Encore reportedly has three post-credit scenes linking to Doomsday: Here's what we know

Avengers: Endgame Encore is set to hit theaters on September 25. The movie is essentially the same as the 2019 film, but with additional post-credit scenes designed to connect it to the events of the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.

The social media grapevine has been rife with alleged leaks surrounding Doomsday. Now, the post-credit scenes of Endgame Encore have also reportedly leaked, potentially offering a glimpse into how Marvel plans to set up the next chapter of its cinematic universe.

What the leaks claim — spoilers ahead

According to the alleged leaks, the first post-credit scene features Mark Ruffalo reprising his role as Bruce Banner. Banner is seen recording a video inside an underground military bunker.


The leak claims that Banner was locked away following the events of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. He is shown working on a "new stabilizing serum" when his work is interrupted by Doctor Doom. Robert Downey Jr.'s voice is reportedly heard saying that he has come to "collect" Banner.

If genuine, the scene could hint at a connection between Doom and the Hulk, while also raising questions about why Doom wants Banner.

Another post-credit scene reportedly revisits one of the most memorable moments from Endgame, with Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter sharing a dance. However, their quiet moment is interrupted by a knock at the door.

Peggy opens the door and reportedly finds Loki, depicted in his TVA form. Steve is shown looking surprised, potentially setting up Loki's involvement in the events of Doomsday.

Loki returns

Another alleged scene takes place inside the TVA and features Loki's former allies. Mobius, Casey and Ouroboros are reportedly shown in a panic after discovering that two Earths from different universes are on a collision course.

One of the Earths is said to be Universe-1005, which is reportedly connected to the Fox X-Men universe.

The scene allegedly reveals the scale of the multiversal crisis, with the TVA discovering that thousands of universes could be at risk because of incursions.

The reported appearance of Mobius, Casey and Ouroboros would also be notable, as their involvement in Avengers: Doomsday had not been officially confirmed before these alleged leaks.

Doctor Doom's Iron Man connection

The alleged ending also reportedly features Doctor Doom crafting his metal mask.

The scene is said to pay homage to Iron Man, who famously created his first suit and helmet in a similar setting. The familiar sound of hammering is reportedly heard, evoking memories of the original Iron Man films and the ending of Avengers: Endgame.

If accurate, the scene would create a deliberate visual connection between Doom and Tony Stark, particularly because Robert Downey Jr. is playing Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday.

However, there is no confirmation that any of these alleged leaks are genuine. A significant amount of unverified information about Doomsday has been circulating on social media, while Marvel has kept details about the film's plot tightly under wraps.
