Cabinet’s ₹32,000 cr push: Vaishnaw announces GOBARdhan Scheme, 4-lane highway in Assam

The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved major development initiatives worth around ₹32,000 crore. Key decisions include the ₹23,731-crore National Circular Bioenergy Scheme (GOBARdhan) and a four-lane highway project in Assam. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced the decisions during the Cabinet briefing in New Delhi.
