‘100% tariff threat looms over India’: US Senate passes Graham Bill targeting Russian oil buyers
The US Senate on Friday voted 86-11 to pass the "Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act" that authorizes President Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries buying Russian energy, as the Ukrainian embassy called it a "timely step" to pressure Russia.
