What is the call on Ashok Leyland and Escorts?

Escorts bottomed out around Rs 115 and from here, it should easily get to levels of Rs 145.

Ashok Leyland is probably not doing as well as Tata Motors. So, this appears to be in a bit of a downtrend, though it is making this range of between Rs 48 and Rs 55. Once it can close above Rs 55 consistently, Rs 62-63 may come in, but being in the midcap space, this will take a while to restart its rally probably once the markets trades above 5600.
