Under the contract, Inox Wind will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the project, including supplying wind turbine generators, engineering, procurement & construction (EPC), and post-commissioning operations and maintenance services. The project is scheduled to be commissioned within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LoA).
With the latest order, Inox Wind's order book has increased to 4.7 GW, comprising a diversified customer base across commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, public sector undertakings (PSUs) and independent power producers (IPPs).
The order further strengthens Inox Wind's position as one of India's leading integrated wind energy solutions providers, backed by its expertise in executing large-scale turnkey wind projects. It also adds to the company's growing order book, providing long-term execution visibility as India accelerates renewable energy capacity addition.

Inox Wind Q4 snapshot
In Q4, the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 105.68 crore for the January-March quarter of FY26, down 45% year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 190 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The firm’s revenue from operations, meanwhile, fell over 2% YoY to Rs 1,244 crore during the fourth quarter of the financial year, which ended on March 31, 2026, from Rs 1,275 crore in the year-ago period. Total income declined marginally to Rs 1,306 crore, while total expenses increased more than 5% YoY to Rs 1,162 crore during the quarter under review.

Inox Wind shares have tanked almost 40% in 2026. In the last one year, the stock is down over 50%.
