Shares of recently listed Indo MIM surged over 10% to Rs 862 on the BSE on Thursday, taking their gains to 82% over the issue price since the stock’s listing.

On July 30, the company made a strong stock market debut, listing at a 44.95% premium to its IPO price. The stock opened at Rs 703 on the BSE and Rs 700 on the NSE, compared with its issue price of Rs 485.

The IPO, which was open for subscription between July 23 and July 27, witnessed exceptional investor participation, closing with an overall subscription of 98.47 times.


According to Shivani Nyati, Head of Wealth at Swastika Investmart Ltd., Indo-MIM’s strong debut was driven by robust demand from QIBs and high-net-worth investors, along with the company’s leadership position in the global MIM market. “Given the sharp listing pop, profit booking is likely in the near term. Existing investors can consider booking partial profits at current levels,” she had advised, after the listing.

The Rs 3,811.21 crore public issue was priced at Rs 485 per share and comprised a fresh issue of Rs 499.10 crore along with an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 3,311.21 crore. Before the IPO, the company also secured Rs 1,140.99 crore from anchor investors.

Financial Performance

Indo-MIM delivered a strong financial performance in FY26, supported by healthy growth in both revenue and profitability. Total income rose 28.1% year-on-year to Rs 4,320.70 crore, compared with Rs 3,373.97 crore in FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 25.9% to Rs 533.54 crore, up from Rs 423.73 crore in the previous financial year.
