Fortis Healthcare Ltd on Thursday reported a 2.3 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 273 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company had posted a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 267 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, Fortis Healthcare Ltd said in a regulatory filing.

Consolidated revenue was up 17.5 per cent at Rs 2,545 crore in the first quarter as against Rs 2,167 crore in the year-ago period, it added.


Hospital business clocked revenue of Rs 2,187 crore in the quarter, up from Rs 1,838 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said.

Diagnostics business posted revenue of Rs 407 crore as against Rs 369 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, it added.

Commenting on the performance, Fortis Healthcare MD & CEO, Ashutosh Raghuvanshi said, "Building on the momentum of the previous year, we have made a positive start to the financial year, delivering a steady Q1 performance across both our hospital and diagnostics businesses."

The company's recent acquisitions in its focus geographies are ramping up well, he added.

"We also continued to invest in our medical infrastructure by expanding our robotic systems across key facilities, reinforcing our commitment to clinical excellence and technology-led care," Raghuvanshi said.
