Arvind SmartSpaces Q1 Results: Profit zooms 8-fold to Rs 97 crore

Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd on Friday reported an eight-fold increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 97.39 crore for the quarter ended June, driven by higher income.

Its net profit stood at Rs 11.96 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose sharply to Rs 322.02 crore for the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year from Rs 106.39 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.


In terms of operational performance, the company reported a more than two-fold increase in sales bookings or pre-sales to Rs 432 crore in the April-June quarter of this fiscal, compared to Rs 175 crore in the corresponding period in FY26.

Arvind SmartSpaces is the real estate arm of the Ahmedabad-based Lalbhai Group.

The company has real estate developments across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
