The listing surpassed grey market expectations, which had indicated a premium of around 5%. Ahead of its debut, the stock was commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of about Rs 19 per share, implying a listing price of around Rs 444.
The Rs 1,101 crore IPO was entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), with shares priced in the range of Rs 404-425 apiece. Ahead of the public issue, the company raised Rs 492.11 crore from anchor investors on July 22, 2026.
The IPO was open for subscription between July 23 and July 27 and witnessed solid demand across investor categories. The issue was subscribed 7.78 times overall.
Institutional investors drove the momentum, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion subscribed 10.10 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment was booked 6.82 times, while the Retail Individual Investors (RII) category saw subscriptions of 2.77 times.

Strong financial performance
Lohia Corp heads into its market debut on the back of a robust financial performance. For FY26, the company reported a 64% year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 193 crore, compared with Rs 118 crore in the previous fiscal.Revenue from operations also posted healthy growth, rising 25% YoY to Rs 1,717 crore from Rs 1,377 crore in FY25, highlighting strong business momentum as the company enters the public markets.
With healthy subscription numbers and solid financial growth supporting investor confidence, all eyes will now be on whether Lohia Corp can translate its fundamentals into a strong stock market debut despite the relatively subdued grey market premium.
