Investors awaiting the Lohia Corp IPO allotment are likely to get clarity today, July 28, as the company is expected to finalize the share allocation for its Rs 1,101 crore public issue. Once the allotment is completed, applicants can check whether they have received shares through the registrar MUFG Intime India or on the BSE and NSE websites.

The company's shares are scheduled to debut on the stock exchanges on July 30. Ahead of its market debut, the IPO is commanding a Grey Market Premium (GMP) of around Rs 11 per share, indicating an estimated listing gain of nearly 3% over the upper issue price of Rs 425. While GMP offers an indication of market sentiment, it remains unofficial and is subject to change before listing.

The IPO, which remained open for subscription from July 23 to July 27, attracted healthy investor interest, with the issue being subscribed 7.25 times overall.


Institutional investors led the demand, with the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion booked 9.11 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment was subscribed 6.82 times, while the Retail Individual Investors (RII) category received bids for 2.77 times the shares on offer.

The Rs 1,101 crore issue was entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), with shares offered in a price band of Rs 404-425 apiece.

Established in 2023, Lohia Corp manufactures machinery and equipment used in the production of technical textiles, particularly for making polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabrics and sacks.

As of March 31, 2026, the company had an installed annual manufacturing capacity of 240 tape extrusion lines, 13,800 circular looms, and 108,000 winders. Its product portfolio includes tape extrusion lines, circular looms, coating and lamination systems, printing and conversion machines, multifilament yarn machinery, twister winders, monofilament extrusion lines, recycling machines, and related spare parts.

On the financial front, Lohia Corp reported a 64% year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 193 crore for FY26, compared with Rs 118 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations also posted strong growth, rising 25% YoY to Rs 1,717 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,377 crore a year earlier, reflecting robust business momentum ahead of its stock market debut.
