Mumbai: Dhoot Transmission has fixed the price band of its ₹3,067-crore IPO at ₹829-871 per equity share. The issue will be open for subscription from August 10 to 12.

Axis Capital, Jefferies India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities, SBI Capital Markets and 360 ONE WAM are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
