3 SME IPOs to open for subscription today: Check issue size, price band, lot size and key details

Three SME IPOs are set to open for subscription today, September 24, giving investors a three-day bidding window. Peshwa Wheat IPO and Roopa Screen IPO will open on the BSE SME platform, while Green Asia Impex IPO will launch on the NSE SME platform.

Together, the three IPOs aim to raise around Rs 133 crore from the primary market. Among them, Green Asia Impex IPO is the largest issue at Rs 60.10 crore, followed by Peshwa Wheat IPO at Rs 53.52 crore and Roopa Screen IPO at Rs 19.20 crore.

Peshwa Wheat IPO: Rs 53.52 crore issue

Peshwa Wheat IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 53.52 crore. The issue comprises an entirely fresh issue of 52.99 lakh shares, with no offer-for-sale component. The IPO will open for subscription on September 24, 2026, and close on September 28, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 29, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 1, 2026.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 95–Rs 101 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need to apply for at least 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 2,42,400.

The company plans to deploy the IPO proceeds toward capital expenditure and working capital requirements. The proposed capital expenditure includes Rs 6.69 crore for purchasing plant and machinery and Rs 5.01 crore for civil construction. Of the total planned utilisation of Rs 38.20 crore, around Rs 26.50 crore is earmarked for meeting working capital requirements, with the balance intended for general corporate purposes.

Roopa Screen IPO: Rs 19.20 crore issue

Roopa Screen IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 19.20 crore, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 30 lakh shares. The issue will open on September 24, 2026, and close on September 28, 2026. The allotment is expected on September 29, followed by a tentative BSE SME listing on October 1, 2026.

The IPO has a price band of Rs 60–Rs 64 per share and a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 4,000 shares, which translates into an investment of Rs 2,56,000 at the upper price band.

Roopa Screen plans to use Rs 9.90 crore of the IPO proceeds toward capital expenditure for setting up a new manufacturing facility. Another Rs 6 crore is proposed to be used for working capital requirements, with the remaining funds earmarked for general corporate purposes. The total amount proposed for these uses is Rs 15.90 crore.

Green Asia Impex IPO: Rs 60.10 crore issue

Green Asia Impex IPO is the largest among the three SME offerings, with an issue size of Rs 60.10 crore. The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 59 lakh shares worth Rs 53.10 crore and an offer for sale of 7.78 lakh shares worth Rs 7 crore.

The IPO will open for subscription on September 24, 2026, and close on September 28, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 29, while the shares are proposed to list on the NSE SME platform on October 1, 2026.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 85–Rs 90 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 3,200 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2,88,000 at the upper price band.

Indorient Financial Services Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

The company plans to utilise Rs 40.03 crore from the IPO proceeds toward capital expenditure for setting up its proposed seafood processing facility. The funds will be used to purchase and install the plant, machinery and equipment required for the facility. A portion of the proceeds will also be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Three IPOs, three different fundraising plans

With all three SME IPOs opening on the same day, investors will have three new issues to track over the September 24–28 bidding period. Peshwa Wheat and Roopa Screen are headed for the BSE SME platform, while Green Asia Impex is targeting an NSE SME listing. The IPOs differ in issue size, price band, lot size and proposed utilisation of funds, making these key details worth checking before submitting an application.
