Sri Lotus Developers & Realty eyes Rs 1,600 cr revenue from commercial project in Mumbai

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd on Tuesday said it will rebuild a commercial project in Mumbai with an estimated revenue of Rs 1,600 crore.

In a regulatory filing, the company informed that it has been appointed as the developer for a commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in Juhu, Mumbai.

The proposed redevelopment will comprise a premium commercial and retail development, with an estimated total carpet area of 3.46 lakh square feet and an estimated revenue of Rs 1,600 crore.


The project is expected to commence in the third quarter of FY28 and is targeted for completion within 3-4 years from commencement.

Sri Lotus has completed 4 projects aggregating over 4.2 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area. It has 8 ongoing and 14 upcoming projects covering 44.4 lakh sq ft of carpet area and 35.4 lakh sq ft of saleable area.
