Gaurs Group eyes Rs 1,900 cr revenue from new housing project in Delhi-NCR

Realty firm Gaurs Group on Tuesday said it will develop a housing project on Yamuna Expressway in Delhi-NCR with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,900 crore.

In a statement, the company said it has launched a 11.8-acre housing project 'Gaur Alaris', comprising 1,088 apartments, at Sector 22D on Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra.

"The development is expected to generate an estimated sales realisation of Rs 1,900 crore," Gaurs Group said.
