Ayushmann Khurrana has cemented his position in Bollywood with films like Dream Girl, Andhadhun, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, and Thamma, to name a few. At present, the actor is gearing up for not one but 2 films: director Sooraj Barjatya’s Yeh Prem Mol Liya with Sharvari Wagh and the upcoming action-comedy Udta Teer with Sara Ali Khan. But beyond films, Ayushmann also loves music and poetry, and his Mumbai apartment, which the 42-year-old shares with wife Tahira Kashyap and kids Virajveer and Varushk, echoes a similar artistic, minimalist charm.

Ayushmann Khurrana lives in a lavish 7-bedroom apartment at Windsor Grande Residence in Andheri West, as per a report by Magic Bricks. The 4000 sqft property, which costs a whopping Rs 19 crore, has been designed by Tahira Kashyap’s friend and designer Tanisha Bhatia.

White interiors meet playful design elements

The interiors strike a balance between understated neutrals and playful design elements. White dominates the apartment, while wooden flooring, muted greys and ivory furnishings lend the rooms a warm, uncluttered feel, according to Architectural Digest. Carefully chosen artworks, vintage accents, statement furniture and distinctive lighting fixtures give the otherwise minimalist palette a distinctly personal character.


The expansive living and dining area is designed for both everyday family time and entertaining activities. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to stream in, while sheer curtains add to the airy feel of the space. An ivory sofa, glass-topped centre table and marble side table form one seating arrangement, while colourful accent chairs and a turquoise-toned rug add contrast. Vintage-style lounge chairs, gold-toned planters and quirky decorative pieces further break up the neutral setting.

A geometric bar adds modern flair

One of the apartment’s standout corners is its bar area, claims Vogue India. The black-and-white counter features a striking geometric design and is paired with high teal-green velvet chairs with gold detailing. A contemporary wall clock and sleek wine rack complete the setup, giving the compact entertaining zone a stylish, modern edge.

Art and personal memorabilia are woven throughout the home. Ayushmann has a dedicated display for his awards, with the trophies arranged on illuminated shelves against an olive-green wall. Elsewhere, framed monochrome photographs and artwork add character to the walls. A large bookshelf filled with Hindi and English literature reflects his interest in reading, while a piano brings another musical element into the home.

Bedrooms and balcony reveal personal touches

Ayushmann and Tahira’s bedroom continues the elegant white aesthetic, with a Victorian-style wooden headboard serving as its focal point. Framed artwork, a carved bedside table, a chandelier, and a full-length mirror surrounded by studio-style lights add a classic yet contemporary touch. The children’s room, in contrast, embraces brighter colours, with blue curtains, a pink-and-purple dollhouse and colourful decorative pieces creating a more playful atmosphere.

The balcony offers another distinctive feature of the apartment, overlooking Mumbai’s skyline and offering dramatic sunsets. Large potted plants, ceramic planters and a landscaped patch of grass lend the outdoor area a garden-like feel, turning it into a relaxed family space as well as a striking backdrop for photographs.
