Just 30 minutes on a treadmill can help you lose 15 kgs! Fat loss expert explains how: 'It burns calories without...'
Treadmills are the perfect workout machine for those who need to walk the 10,000 steps per day to keep fit but don't have enough time to actually venture out. A fat loss expert recently decoded the perfect way to use treadmills to lose 15 kg.

A fat loss coach, Usamaa, took to Instagram recently to reveal the best way to walk on the treadmill to accelerate calorie burn and fat loss.
The coach explained how many days a week you should work out in order to get the best results. When properly followed, this regimen can help people lose up to 15 kg when combined with a balanced diet and lifestyle. Start by warming up and preparing your body for five minutes at incline level five. After that, increase the incline to 8 for five minutes.
After that, raise it to incline 10 for an additional five minutes, then incline 12 for an additional five minutes. The session will be more intense because this is the plan's steepest incline. Instead of stopping suddenly after these five minutes, lower the incline back to eight and keep going for another five minutes.
Finish at incline 5 for five minutes. It takes precisely thirty minutes to complete the workout. Maintaining regularity is essential for optimal outcomes. You can give your body enough exercise and rest by doing this treadmill routine three to four times a week. Incorporate weightlifting or strength training three times a week in addition to cardio. A healthy diet is also crucial; make sure you're getting enough protein and calories.
What Are Some Benefits Of Treadmills?
According to an article published on TechnoGym, aside from helping you lose weight, a treadmill can also help build muscle strength, especially in legs, glutes, and the abdomen.Regular use of the treadmill increases your speed and endurance, allowing you to work out harder and longer. Your leg and core muscles get more sculpted as you put in more time and effort. You can tone your arms and shoulders by moving them while you run. Try using light weights while running to enhance this effect. Treadmill exercises also work the lower back muscles, improving balance and core stability, though they are less obvious.
