The project is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 3,500 crore and offer over 2.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
The Whitefield–Kannamangala corridor has rapidly evolved into one of East Bengaluru's most sought-after residential destinations, offering an advantage of a tranquil, green environment while remaining closely connected to key employment hubs such as ITPL in Whitefield and the broader East Bengaluru technology corridor.
The corridor also benefits from strong metro and rail connectivity through the Whitefield (Kadugodi) and Pattandur Agrahara Metro stations, as well as Whitefield Railway Station, ensuring seamless connectivity across the city.
“The Whitefield–Kannamangala corridor has evolved into one of the region's most promising residential markets. As East Bengaluru continues to grow as a major residential and economic hub, we believe the corridor is poised for sustained growth, driven by its strong connectivity, established social infrastructure, and growing appeal among end-users,” said Madhusudhan G, Chairman & Managing Director, Sumadhura Group.
This development comes at a time when East Bengaluru continues to dominate the city's residential growth story. According to Cushman & Wakefield, the region accounted for nearly 57% of Bengaluru's residential launches during the first quarter of 2026, underlining its continued attractiveness among both developers and homebuyers.
