JLL opens 1.2 lakh sq ft GCC in Hyderabad, plans 1,600 hires

Hyderabad: Global commercial real estate services firm JLL has inaugurated a 120,000 sq ft Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad's Financial District and plans to hire 1,600 employees over the next few years. The centre is JLL Business Services' (JBS) second hub in India after Gurugram.

The company has already onboarded more than 150 employees and is hiring across multiple functions, Matthew Rees, Chief Shared Service Centre Officer, JLL Business Services, said.

The Hyderabad GCC will support JLL's businesses and clients globally, with work spanning finance, HR, property management, global controllership, project management, architectural and design support, cost management, investment modelling, sales enablement, technology support and other business functions. The centre has begun operations by supporting JLL's property management business across Asia and its global finance and controllership teams.


Rees said the company aims to build the Hyderabad centre into an AI-first operations hub, with employees using AI tools to improve productivity and deliver higher-value services for clients worldwide.

Globally, JLL Business Services operates six delivery centres across Dalian (China), Manila (Philippines), Gurugram (India), Hyderabad (India), Warsaw (Poland) and Costa Rica, employing around 7,000 people. Gurugram remains its largest centre.
