Gulshan group inks partnership with Ourika Estates to develop projects in Ghaziabad and Lucknow

NCR-based real estate developer Gulshan Group, has entered into a partnership with Ourika Estates to develop two projects in Ghaziabad and Lucknow.

Ourika had acquired 8,750 sq. mtr. in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad, for Rs 75 crore from the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) through auction.

“As North India’s growth corridors evolve, we see a significant opportunity to take this philosophy into new markets,” said Gulshan Nagpal, Promoter, Gulshan Group.


The second land parcel, spread across approximately 10,328 sq. mtr., is located in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow, and has been acquired for Rs 120 crore from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) through auction.

The development platform by the two groups will develop approximately 1.50 million sq. ft. of premium residential space across these two projects.

“With these two strategically located developments in Ghaziabad and Lucknow, we are extending the Gulshan philosophy of quality, design and elevated living into new markets,” said Deepak Kapoor, Promoter Gulshan Group.

Over the development lifecycle of these two projects, the platform plans to invest over Rs 750 crore.

With Ghaziabad and Lucknow forming the first phase, the platform will continue to evaluate strategic opportunities across North India where evolving infrastructure and changing consumer aspirations are creating demand for high-quality premium housing.
