EIH posts revenue from operations of Rs 657 crore for Q1FY27, PAT at Rs 120 crore

EIH Limited has announced impressive revenue and net profit growth for the first quarter, showcasing its robust business performance. The executive chairman conveyed optimism regarding forthcoming investments and developmental endeavors.

New Delhi: EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group has reported revenue from operations of Rs 657 crore for quarter one, up from Rs 574 crore in the previous fiscal. The luxury chain reported a net profit of Rs 120 crore in quarter one, up 224% year on year.

The chain reported a total income of Rs 698 crore in quarter one of this fiscal, up from Rs 609 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

On a standalone basis, the chain's revenue grew 15% year-on-year to Rs 658 crore, EBITDA increased 7% to Rs 207 crore, and net profit was at Rs 127 crore.


Arjun Oberoi, executive chairman, EIH Limited, said despite an uncertain global environment, the resilience of domestic demand and the strength of India's long-term fundamentals give the chain the confidence to invest in growth. "We are undertaking one of the most ambitious development programmes in EIH's history while remaining firmly committed to excellence, sustainability, and value creation," he added.

MD and CEO Vikram Oberoi said the quarter one performance reflects sustained domestic demand, the 'enduring' trust and loyalty of guests, and the dedication of colleagues who consistently deliver 'exceptional' hospitality.

"As we pursue our growth strategy and expand our footprint, we remain committed to creating long-term value for all stakeholders through operational excellence, prudent capital allocation, and unforgettable guest experiences," he added.

On Wednesday, Bhartiya Hospitality, a part of Bhartiya, a business group with interests in integrated urban city development, real estate, fashion apparel, and hospitality, and EIH Limited announced a 'strategic partnership' to develop and operate a portfolio of 20 'uber-luxury' lifestyle resorts across India and select international destinations.

The companies said the initial resort locations have been identified in Coorg, Kabini, and Hampi, and are scheduled to open by 2030.
