EIH Limited and The Bhartiya Group partner to launch 20 uber luxury lifestyle resorts

Bhartiya Hospitality, a part of Bhartiya, a business group with interests in integrated urban city development, real estate, fashion apparel, and hospitality, and EIH Limited have announced a 'strategic partnership' to develop and operate a portfolio of 20 'uber-luxury' lifestyle resorts across India and select international destinations.

The companies said the initial resort locations have been identified in Coorg, Kabini, and Hampi, and are scheduled to open by 2030.

Arjun Oberoi, executive chairman, The Oberoi Group said design will be at the heart of each resort, with 'immersive' gardens and 'thoughtfully articulated' spaces shaping the guest experience. "The seamless interplay between architecture and landscape will create environments that are both restorative and inspiring, while reflecting the timeless elegance and attention to detail that define The Oberoi Group," he added.


Vikram Oberoi, CEO, The Oberoi Group said the partnership with Bhartiya to develop 20 new resorts under management by EIH allows the chain to extend its philosophy of 'intuitive' and 'personalised' service into a 'wellness-enhanced hospitality offering.'

"With resorts located in destinations that encourage longer lengths of stay, every interaction will be thoughtfully crafted to stimulate the senses and create lasting memories such that a departing guest will leave with a unquenchable desire to repeat the experience," he added,

The companies said guests will experience the art of leisurely living, mindful dining, restorative wellness, and shared experiences that foster connection, balance, and a more conscious pace of life.
