Prime Video India has signed a multi-year distribution deal with South Korean entertainment studio CJ ENM to bring more than 100 Korean shows to Indian audiences over the next two years, expanding its international content slate.

The deal covers more than 100 titles, including 26 new shows from CJ ENM that will be rolled out over the next two years, along with a selection of the studio's existing content library. It extends the companies' existing global partnership with a dedicated focus on the Indian market.

The upcoming slate includes Yumi's Cells Season Three, The Legend of Kitchen Soldier, My Bias, My Boss and Filing for Love. Library titles such as Dear X, Law in the City, Study Group, My Dearest Nemesis, Search: WWW and the first two seasons of Yumi's Cells will also be available. All titles will feature English subtitles and be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Shilangi Mukherji, director and head of SVOD business at Prime Video India, said the expanded collaboration builds on the companies' existing global relationship and reflects the growing popularity of Korean content among Indian audiences.

Manish Menghani, director and head of content licensing at Prime Video India, said the agreement was backed by rising consumer demand for Korean dramas and reinforced the platform's commitment to offering international content.

Jangho Seo, executive vice-president of Platform Division at CJ ENM, said the partnership would help the Korean studio reach a wider audience in India through Prime Video's distribution network and deepen its engagement with viewers in the country.
