Mumbai: Tata Power Company on Thursday said it has signed a share purchase agreement and completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Ryapte Power Transmission Limited (RPTL), a special purpose vehicle set up to build, own and operate a major transmission project in Karnataka. The acquisition was an all-cash transaction, with Tata Power paying ₹10.87 crore to acquire full ownership of RPTL.
