Devyani International, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants in India, reported a nearly four-fold rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 30, alongside double-digit growth in revenue from operations.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.65 crore for the first quarter of FY27, compared with Rs 3.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 16.5% year-on-year to Rs 1,580.5 crore from Rs 1,357 crore a year earlier, while total income increased to Rs 1,599.7 crore from Rs 1,370.5 crore.


Profit before tax from continuing operations stood at Rs 22.92 crore, up from Rs 2.94 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total expenses increased to Rs 1,576.8 crore from Rs 1,367.4 crore.
