Mavenir, Neysa partner to offer sovereign AI infrastructure to telcos, enterprises

Mumbai: Telecom software company Mavenir has partnered with Indian AI cloud provider Neysa to offer AI infrastructure stack to enterprises, telecom operators and neocloud providers.

The two companies will integrate their platforms to combine GPU capacity, AI model orchestration, security, policy controls, usage tracking and token-level billing.

For neocloud providers, the companies said the offering will allow them to turn GPU capacity into ready-to-sell AI services without having to build their own AI platform. For telecom operators, it will provide a GPU-backed option to host AI models, run agents and monetise token consumption, alongside infrastructure they already own.


Mavenir said it will also develop and scale its own AI products on Neysa’s infrastructure in areas such as security, voice AI, network operations etc.

The companies are also targeting the rising cost of deploying frontier AI models. Mavenir’s platform includes token optimisation and model-routing capabilities designed to direct requests to the most cost-effective model capable of handling a task. Mavenir said the approach has reduced spending in its own deployments without requiring changes to applications.

Neysa, founded in 2023 and headquartered in Mumbai, provides AI cloud infrastructure, combining GPU compute, inference, orchestration and AI security. The company announced a capital raise of up to $1.2 billion led by Blackstone in February 2026.

Mavenir serves more than 300 operators across over 120 countries, collectively accounting for more than half of the world’s telecom subscribers.
