The well awaited Starbucks holiday season is back with its festive menu, limited-edition merchandise, collectible cups and signature favourite drinks. The 2026 Christmas collection introduces a tiramisu-inspired coffee range, an apple-pomegranate refresher alongside a lot more while the chain prepares for its annual Red Cup Day.

When does the Starbucks holiday menu 2026 launch?

For everyone awaiting, note down that the Starbucks Christmas menu launches Thursday, November 5 at participating locations across the United States.


The launch will also be bringing back some of the most popular holiday beverages, such as Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai.

What is new on the Starbucks Christmas menu?

The biggest addition to the 2026 lineup is the Tiramisu Velvet collection, inspired by the classic Italian dessert.

According to Starbucks, the mouth watering Tiramisu Velvet Latte combines espresso, milk and vanilla syrup with Velvet Mascarpone Cold Foam and cocoa. Available hot or iced, the drink brings together coffee, creamy mascarpone and chocolate flavours.

The chain is also introducing the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew, which features the same dessert-inspired topping.

Another new addition is the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, which combines fruit flavours with popping pomegranate-flavoured pearls. Customers also get the Snowy Apple Drink, made with coconut milk, or choose the Apple Pomegranate Lemonade.

The seasonal food menu includes the new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and Bearista Cake Pop. Returning treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

When is Starbucks Red Cup Day 2026?

Starbucks Red Cup Day is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17. Customers purchasing a handcrafted holiday beverage at participating stores can receive a collectible reusable holiday cup while supplies last.

What about Starbucks holiday cups and merchandise?

The artsy Holiday Bearista, Holiday Village and Peppermint Mocha holiday merchandise collections also launch alongside the menu on November 5.

The Winter Wonderland collection launches on November 17. Starbucks will also release Mystery Glass Bearista Surprise Boxes on November 10, with the original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returning to select stores on December 1, subject to availability.
