No, they have not launched candies for their consumers but an offer which they would love to have but it comes with an unexpected twist. To make the the deal more spooky, Pringles has a question for snack lovers: how far would you take your loyalty to the grave? Its “Once You Drop” giveaway offers one fan a custom urn shaped like the familiar can, paired with a prize billed as 200 years of Free Pringles.

Entering this contest requires a commitment which needs to be beyond the grave. You will have to pledge about your final resting place, which will be Pringles urn. So if you are interested in a Pringle fill life and death, here are the official rules.

How can you enter the Free Pringles giveaway?

The first thing you need to do is visit OnceYouDrop.com before October 22, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Follow the instructions to sign the digital “Will and Taste-ament,” then complete the entry form.


Entry is free. If you think buying Pringles will tilt the game to your side, then you are wrong, it is not going to improve your odds. Eligible participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C., and at least 18.

Only one entry per person and email address is allowed. Certain employees and their households are excluded.

Do you really have to be buried in a Pringles can?

No. Despite the campaign’s graveyard humor, the digital pledge is for entertainment. The official rules say it is neither legally binding nor enforceable.

When will the Pringles winner be announced?

Pringles says the winner will be notified around October 31. Halloween is the expected notification period, rather than a confirmed public announcement date.

The rules schedule the random drawing for around October 23. As per a report by Dexerto, the winner will receive a notification through an email and the winner is expected to respond within 72 hours of the first attempt.

Why did Pringles choose a Halloween urn?

The idea has been drawn from Fredric Baur who developed the Pringles can. After his death in 2008 his family placed some of his ashes inside one.
