Former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul has accused US President Donald Trump of “violently” raping her at New York’s Plaza Hotel in November 1993, according to a new report released by Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee. The allegations, detailed in a staff report examining Trump’s connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, have been denied by the White House. Trump has not been charged in connection with Keul’s claims.

According to the report released in October 2026, Keul was 24 and working as a model and financial services professional when she was recruited by Jill Harth to attend the Donald J Trump American Dream Pageant in November 1993.

The report details Keul’s allegations, claiming Trump, Epstein and others used the pageant as a “‘hunting ground’ to target vulnerable young girls.

Keul told committee staff that Trump approached her during a luncheon at the Plaza Hotel, offering to help her obtain a US visa and secure admission to New York University. Epstein allegedly made similar promises and invited her to a party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property.

Later that day, a Trump representative reportedly invited Keul to meet the president in a hotel suite. The report alleges “Trump reportedly grabbed Keul from behind and forcibly raped her”, tore her dress, leaving her with bleeding and bruising. She described the alleged assault as “brutal.”

Keul also alleged after the incident, Trump repeated his offers of assistance and told her to remain silent, saying, “[T]he show must go on.”

The report says Keul returned to Switzerland after the pageant and declined to participate in another Trump-sponsored competition in Hawaii. Trump allegedly contacted her months later with further offers of assistance, which she declined. These details reflect allegations presented in the report, not a judicial finding about the incident.

White House rejects the allegations

White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis told PEOPLE: “None of these allegations are true.”

Bis also dismissed the report as a politically motivated effort to undermine Trump, saying the President had expelled Epstein from Mar-a-Lago because he was “a creep.” She added that Trump had been “fully exonerated” in connection with Epstein.

The report, released by Representative Jamie Raskin, the committee’s Democratic ranking member, examines accounts involving 11 women. According to the committee’s announcement, five directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence.

The report represents the Democratic staff’s findings and recommendations, not a court verdict.
